GROUPS are defined as: 8 cruise cabins, 10+ hotel/resort rooms. Groups are a special segment of travel and require specialty training/education. “Affinity” groups are: friends/family, social clubs, reunions, birthdays, weddings. “Corporate/Incentive” groups are businesses or companies hosting meetings, events, employee travel; have master account payment.
